I got in on the Klein group buy last year with RSI works. This winter I started having problems with blown fuses (30 amp). I contacted Roger at RSI and he put in contact with the right people at Klein who said that since I was only 3 weeks out of warranty they would still cover it, and that it was most definitely the compressor. Said send it in and they would repair as new or replace. They probably received it last Monday or Tuesday, I got a call yesterday that yes, the compressor was toast, I asked about upgrading to the high output compressor, no problem, less than 30 minutes later I had a tracking number for a new compressor.
