I think recovery bridles are a great idea for a stuck Raptor. Since the Raptor is a 6280lbs beast if it is stuck frame deep then the pulling force would be 300% (18840lbs on level ground)..

Looking at the Raptors stock recovery points, i feel safer spreading out the force over two points than one..

Considering that standard hmmwv weights 5,200 lbs and up armoured (level 2) hmmwv weights approximately 7,200 lbs.

That is set up for a winch. If you have one it is a good starter with a tree saver, cable weight, snatch block and other goodies. I would also make sure the clevis have a minimum 3/4" thick pin too. Rugged Ridge is usually a Jeep company, so check the ratings too. The Raptor is about twice the weight of a Jeep

The Ford Racing Recovery set actually has a really good and comprehensive package for most situations.

Anyone carry Sand Ladders?

I picked a set today to carry on camping trips. I have been stuck a few times and got free using mic boards. So when I ran across a set of light weight plastic sand ladders, I had to have them. I probably want ever need them but its on of those things I rather have and not need, than need and not have.
