Things are busy and the project hasnt been moving along. Hope everyone one had a good Christmas, I had a little time today and got the lower mounts tacked on it the finial position. 1000004107.jpglocation one, had to move it for tire clearance:

Okay, it may seem like I am not making much progress. And that's is true.

Buttt I have the new bump stop set up all design out (in my head) and the frame reinforcement plates almost ready for installation. ... the bed will have to come off for installation.

Also I was able to cycle the rear suspension fully and have a measurement, now don't go getting all worked up on this number and keep in mind I have more uptravel now but the same amount of droop as a standard rs18 rpg kit, so it's not like I'm doing anything wild as far as droop out goes. I WILL RETAKE THE MEASUREMENT when the leafs are repacked!

Looks good.
Would you be able to cut some steel and send me the lower mounts to weld up?
I have an upcoming project and those will work perfectly.

If you are talking about the rear axle lower shock mount, here are .dxf files. You can get them cut locally or from a service like send cut send. https://sendcutsend.com/

you will need 2ea for internal gussets and 4 sides, so it will be 8 pieces total. measurements are in inches. (designed for 1/4" thick plate.)
