Radio issues

I have a 2013 raptor and have started to experience issues with the radio not working until I make a bluetooth phone call. I have tried using both power buttons but nothing seems to work, on the screen it still clicks but will not power up. All of the other functions, Nav, Bluetooth and Heater, work, just not the radio.

you can try a reset on the radio by disconnecting your battery and letting it sit for 20 minutes. otherwise, its under warranty, take it to ford.

Take it to the dealer, it might need an update installed.

I had an issue with mine acting up and ended up taking it in to be "updated"
Knock on wood it is working ok now. They had it Tuesday. Oh and the reset was a good idea just didn't fix mine.

I was hoping to not have to take it to the dealer as they will just blame it on the aftermarker starter/alarm I have in it, and it doesn't do it all the time just periodically. If the reset doesn't work i will take it in.
