Phoenix Android Audio retains Sync 3

Man just found this thread. I’m in for a long read.... just got my unit installed. Airbag light on, NO AC, no Audio from app and now my screen won’t come on top part it just blinks.... any pointers be great thx!

With that many issues it sure sounds like you are missing some connections in the back. A lot of people's problems have been linked to improper installations.

Thx I have all the adapters and harness plugged in. The only thing I don’t have plugged in is any of the wires that came off of it that you splice.

You did install the sync 3 module from the back of the original screen, correct? Sounds like the sync 3 module is not connected. Also make sure the T harness that came with the unit is connected in between the factory plugs that go to the back of the factory CD player. That init remains installed.

Yep that’s all connect going to disassemble in bit make sure all works hooked up without harness and then try again.

they sent me a msg today letting me know that my stereo has been shipped (4in screen ) so it has been waaay slower than most of you guys. (ordered on 2/10).
is there a more thural inscttion or video that i can look for installation? i`ve heard the included insttrucions are pretty worthles and there are a bunch of little details than can mess up the installation

Im waiting on a unit for a 4in screen too and they messaged me saying they finally have all the bugs worked out and it would be shipped last night but I still havent received an email with the tracking info.

Well after starting my install got all the install bugs worked out seems to be working fine so far.
