Paint or not to Paint

Should I paint the hood to match the lead foot or leave it black to match the fender flares

I was trying to avoid saying it because I didn't want anybody to steal it from me.

Here it is

Seem like a poor take on the Shelby Raptor hood, which is a play on a GT500 hood. Not a fan of of either one.

The nostrils. The shape is all wrong. Nothing flows.

look i will even save you money


THAT is tasteful. simple, clean, effective.

Don't mind the sides on this, but not liking the scoop either.

The Raptor already has a big vent so it's hard to make something work well with it.

Save your money on that hood. It's a no go. Not going to comment on the purple accents with leadfoot because I feel like being nice. So, you have an extra $1600 to play around with now. There is a thread on here where someone upgraded their stereo system for $2k. Or, maybe a Cobb tuner.

Also, the flares are not black. So, the black hood will not match the flares.
