Option regrets... Anyone have them?

Graphics hood and bed, however I have not had any problems with them. Just not worth the money.
The Sony stereo system, hate the speaker on the rear floor!

I wish the original owner didn't get the sunroof and tailgate step. They both still work but the step rattles badly and the sunroof will never get used.

Got the bare bones raptor. Coming from a jeep wrangler its still an upgrade in features lol.
I have gone offroading, towed a bunch of stuff and survived the Texas heat with no complaints. Sunroof would be cool but thats something else to break.

I also like that my tailgate looks different than 99% of the raptors out there.

There were only 2 back then, 800A and 801A. If you have the 8 inch screen, front mount camera, moonroof or tailgate step.. you have 801A package.

Blue accents also required 801A.

That is the original window sticker I was given.. It mentions package 517A, which seems to be the stripped model. BTW , it has an open front diff. Apparently the Torsen became standard in 2012?

I regret to not have blue accent recaro pkg , to not have fiber carbon pkg (especially for the shifter which is very nice in this config) The bed graphic has nothing exceptional , but it is,so I keep . Also, would like one day to change my wheels for beadlock ones , why not 37, I dont know yet , I will see that when change tires time will come... May, I will buy the cargo bed extender...

The dash on my 2011; there's no screen or camera. It does have the moonroof and step.

I'm guessing it's an 800A then. My 2011 has the screen, camera, and moonroof.

I sometimes miss the built in navigation, and a couple other things but.. not getting the package, I still have $7000 in the bank. And, the Garmin on the dash does the same and has a lifetime free update.

I've even dropped serious ly lousy talk shows. The channels I liked turned into a guy who liked to listen to himself. I wanted music not BS.

I'm so sad because I don't have the tailgate step but I have bed extender, hood and sides graphics and blue color but not this tailgate step... Hummm... I use a trailer step to climb into the bed

Way old thread here. Since Gael revived it, I’m gonna update my original post from late 2017. I still own my 2013 Gen 1 and I have no regrets about anything with this truck! Even the moonroof that I rarely use because its there to use and adds spaciousness to the interior. No leaks yet either but it is due for preventative maintenance on the rail area and drain ports. The hood graphic still adds flavor to the hood but it is showing its age, even with regular applications of Adams VRT.

Not related to the topic but I will add that my Raptor only recently required any substantial service. The sway bar ends and transmission lead frame were replaced in February after 110,000 miles. I am very pleased and honestly will never sell it. But I did unexpectedly spot a 24 Bronco Raptor on the dealers lot that really impressed me. The price didn’t impress me though. It scared me. It did however start a lengthy negotiation where I was eventually offered a price that was too good to pass up. Wasn’t planning on it but since Ford Raptors “been berry berry gud to me”, I’ve now got two.

Side note, I subscribed to the Bronco Raptor forum just because this forum has always been such a wealth of info for me. Nothing bad to say about that forum but there’s not nearly as much traffic over there as there has been here over the years. Enjoy your Raptors everyone!

No regrets here at all, was able to order my truck in 2013 with all the options I wanted - no graphics at all & no sunroof either ( too many horror stories were floating around all the truck message boards back in the day ! ).
