I have these white specs and what looks like stains on hood decal. I have used polish to try and buff these out with no success. The only thing I have used as far as cleaners/waxes have been Meguires ultimate wax, Turtle wax seal and shine, and Adams VRT.
If anybody has a sugges it would greatly appreciated?

That almost looks like paint overspray to me? Do you, or have you parked near a factory? I had little white spots, on a black car I owned, due to overspray being emitted through the spray booth exhaust system.

I'm not sure if it will work, but I once used Formula 409 spray cleaner to clean the wax of my Gen1 hood decal after a detail shop waxed it, and it began turning white a few weeks later. It took the wax right off with no harm to the decal.

You might want to get some Goo Gone and put it on a rag and gently rub the spots out. It works on practically anything.

Thanks for all your Input. I will try these suggestions. I was thinking maybe when I used either the the polish or VRT since that is when I began noticing it.
