Greetings,

Hit a light pole.

Everything forward of the motor needs to be replaced; including hood and grill, excluding front left and right side panels/fenders.

Front suspension and supports survived the impact.

All cross bracing forward of the motor needs to be replaced.

I’m hoping to find a junk yard etc with a donor vehicle.

Los Angeles CA area.

This whole process is out of my comfort zone / experience level.

I have a local collision shop that can assist with the rebuilding, however I need to source the parts.

Anything you folks might have to assist is greatly appreciated!

Love my gen 1. Want to get it back in service.

Impact point almost centered. Luckily frame appears good. Will likely pursue a Baja prerunner style bumper and skid plate.

Wow joined in 2015 and your first postings. Raptor is 6.2 not 6.7 as your title states. For parts I would start looking at junk yards but what about insurance?

That's a tough one. My guess is you can't go through insurance so the internet is going to be your friend on this one. Start by making a comprehensive list and search junk yards all around to source everything you're going to need. You maybe sitting on this for a bit while you piece everything together but Gen1's are worth it IMHO

Thanks for the input thus far.

Yes, 6.2L (edited now to reflect the correct engine).

Update.

I’m having trouble identifying the parts needed. What I need are diagrams with corresponding part numbers, however my internet searches have come up short; unable to locate complete diagrams with part numbers.

If anyone has access to this sort of data, it would be a BIG help to me.

Thanks!

This is an example of what I’ve found, however the reference numbers are incomplete and apparently require a call to Ford or a visit to a dealership, in order to get the complete number.
