Yeah, I bought the package deal and agree that the "mids" are not useful at all. They look really out of place mounted on the step rails.

I run mud flaps on front and I cut some pieces off a mud flap from a dump truck and plugged the front holes of my running boards.

Are the pdp like hard plastic? They look good. Hard to decide when I can't see brands in person.

They are flexible, and angled backward at the bottom, so not only do you not have to go quite so far down to get the same protection, but also they don't drag on the ground as much (or so I'd wager).

Good idea, need to pack a pair of sheers in the truck and look for parked trucks with mudflaps so I can do the same.

I got Rokblokz - only purchased the front set since as you mentioned the majority of problem is dirt kicking up on sides of truck. Great for aftermarket offsets as they can be adjusted to stick out a bit further. Did have to trim the inner sides of each mudflap as they did cause rubbing on the tire (17x8.5 0 offset, stock ko2, did not rub without mudflap)

I’m assuming your trimming was successful? Would you be able to put up some pictures maybe showing exactly what part you trimmed to avoid the rub? My 2019 just came in I have a set of methods and rokblokz to put on and would be nice to trim the flaps before installing. Thanks in advance!!!

Went with Husky. Very easy to install. Look fairly OEM. Will be blocking the first set of holes on the running boards too... thought I was smart to come up with that, but nope.

Another vote for WeatherTech. Only issue is installing the rear flaps with Husky fender liners...it becomes a bit complicated.

The WT flaps come with stainless hardware that replaces the factory plastic nutsert/screw. Of the two securing points, only one of them can be secured with the new stainless hardware supplied as you cannot reach behind the newly isntalled fender liner to get the new hardware on.

I used the factory nut bolt instead and it seemed to be ok.
