How do they compare to Falken AT3W in terms of grip or stock?

Well, they are mud tires and the tread depth is 21, which is deeper than say the Nitto Ridge Grapplers that have a tread depth of 18.3. An AT tire will provide more grip on the road than a mud tire, due to the mud tires having wider voids between the lugs, and the lugs typically being taller. I just replaced my old set of Yoko MT G003's and got over 45,000 miles on them before I got down to the treadwear indicator. Still had between 1/8"-1/4" of tread left. They balance well, and wear very evenly with 3k-5k mile balance/rotation.

Mud tires cater more to soft, soupy off-road, and ALL-terrain are more at home with gravel, hard pack, rocks, and on-road performance.
