Mine didn't get the raptor splash screen, even with the update

Before going there, I would do a master reset and then try updating again.

The Master Reset is under settings, its easy to find.

i guessing so seeing you only have version 3.3. if you go to syncmyride.com you can make an account and it will tell you if you need an update. i just did mine forgot to do it when i got the truck. did it with my last truck and they even email you if there is updates.

No you got it already, thats the latest. Mine reads exactly like yours:

1. CCPU 4.29.12285
2. Nav App Version 3.34.4
3. A4 card which is the map

What splash screen do you have? The Ford blue oval or the SVT Raptor?

The dealer had to wipe / reload mine to get the Raptor splash screen to come up. I made sure I requested they change that when they were fixing all the MFT issues I had.

I have the blue oval on mine also Can some one with the raptor screen post a video of the startup of what it looks like. Thanks have not been able to find one for the 13's
