Yes RPG swapped it for free - i had only ran it for a few days and they could not explain why that occurred.
Not sure about the warranty part but I'd assume if they can't explain the failure, they'd cover it? Either way, great group of folks and they are local to me.
So far i've driven it about 4-600 miles (all local, no off roading yet) and it seems to hold up just fine. I also got a Goosetune on the truck about 100 miles ago and i will be doing a 800 mile road trip next week so i'll see how it acts.
