You will see more compatibility with the regular 2015/2016 F150 than you would with the 2010-2014 Raptor. Basically the entire Gen 2 interior is the same as the 2016 F150, minus small changes such as the paddle shifters, aux switches, ect. Exterior wise it's completely different than the previous generation in regards to body panels and such. Again, sharing more similarities with the standard F150 with things like cab material, rear glass construction/set up, window motors, wiring harnesses than old Raptor. Bedsides, fenders, hood, grille, tailgate, and bumpers are Gen 2 specific. Suspension (I can only imagine) is Gen 2 specific. Everything motor and trans related are all Gen 2 specific and all the portent' bits that go along with that. Things like the LED headlights and tail lights with BLIS are going to be a carry over from the 2016 models. Bed lighting and updated bed bolt position and tie downs are all updated from the 2010-2014 generation and the new Raptor has the 2016/current bed configuration.
Other than the name, you aren't going to see much carried over. I'm sure there are little things, but due to the fact that the entire F150 line up has had a major face lift since the last Raptors were produced, you're going to see it being more similar to the new F150's in regards to looks/trim levels/on board systems.
