Running down the interstate last night and the truck started shuddering and the engine light came on. Pulled over and pulled the codes. P0022 and P06e9. I cleared the codes, and they haven't come back (yet) and it ran ok. I know it needs cam phasers (waiting on parts). Any thoughts? Cam position sensor? Or are the phasers causing it? I've got to drive 600 miles home later today.
