Blinker on Steroids? Why? (Only the left blinker) (is a bulb out?)

OK so my left blinker is going about twice the blink rate of the right one. And I don't know why. I'm guessing it's a relay (?) in the underhood fuse block but that's just a WAG.

Any insight into this annoyance? Thanks!

May have a bulb out which decreases resistance and increases the flasher speed.

I would check the blinker fluid first.
