Any opinions/recommendations on GPS??

Hey guys/gals,

I did not opt for factory GPS in Big Blue.

I am looking for a GPS with both on-road as well as off-road maps.

I have narrowed the search down to the Garmin Nuvi 550...About $250 new.

Any comments/opinions/other suggestions??

good question. let me check with some people and see if there is any other other choices. i will also check if there is an indash unit available as well
