Hi!

I'm installing an air horn (2 trumpets, air tank and compressor) in my new Screw (Lots of room behind the bumper) and I don't want the compressor or horn to run unless the ignition is on.

(The system works like this; the horns get air from the tank; the tank has a pressure switch that automatically turns on the compressor to fill it)

The Aux switches won't do the job as I never want the system manually deactivated.

I've got unswitched power and grounds and a relay tapping the factory horns to activate the air release switch on the tank; all that's left is a wire somewhere under the hood that's live when the ignition is on to tap into to run to the relay I'm using to power the compressor.

Anyone know of a wire I can use?

Thanks!

if you bought it from hornblasters they are pretty damn helpful. all the schematics for their kits are online as pdf files.
