GEN 2 abnormal loud noise at cold start

Hello guys,
I have abnormal loud noise at cold start in ford raptor 2017. So I recorded the noise on video and I went to the dealer to check the noise and they said we didn't find anything wrong with car
Can someone help me to diagnose the problem?

The noise may be coming from the wastegate linkages. When the sound is occurring, use a tool to apply pressure to the wastegate rod and see if the sound changes. If so, the dealer can perform TSB 20-2016 to repair the linkages.
