Yeah idk they told me “badging and trim pieces”. Fender flares and who knows what else.

OK have talked to a couple people that actually work at Dearborn. They've both said the same thing and sent pics so I'm going to trust them at least for my build.

While corporate tells me chip hold, they're telling me it's a badging/trim supply delay. Am built but was hit with "7 no-stocks" so I guess those are the individual parts I'm waiting for. I've seen pics with trucks that don't have fender flares and the like.

The good news is a lot of those parts are made domestically and it's just a matter of getting them in and popping them on so it can go through a final QC.

Great work there my man. Thank you for keeping the rest of us updated. My dealer is useless and the tracking is not trustworthy. I have never purchased a Ford and hope the truck is worth the wait. i ordered this in early Nov 2021.

No problem, these are completely unrelated sources so I'd trust it. Pretty good visibility, and hopefully the fact that it may be trim-piece related is a good thing.

Reached out to my Dealer and FP at the end of the day yesterday. No movement yet and my blend date was 8/6 production date of 8/8

My Salesman said it was built on 8/22 (Blend Date) and on 8/23 the bed liner was sprayed in. He mentioned it was on a chip hold with an expected delivery date of 10/2. Who knows though....The dealer is only 25 minutes from the plant

They pushed mine to 9/24, blend date of 8/19. Tbh though if the rail strike happens on Friday no one is getting anything lol
