So thanks to Nick, I got my order placed for a AO spot 50" lightbar. Now I need the brackets. I have been researching and have found there are a few options. So I am looking for y'all's opinions.

What the pros/cons with the brackets that mount to the actual roof (nfab and so cal) and the ones that mount inside the door (add and rigid).

Also what ones would be the better choice?

Thanks for any input.

Mounting inside the door actually drops the height of the bar and it runs flush with the roof. The mounts on the roof will raise the bar over the roofline, requiring a taller garage, etc

Are ADD and Rigid the only door channel mounts? Especially with a flat 50" I've seen 60's available, but no one has mounted one yet.
