I have never ran pressures that low on anything unless I was off road. Interesting setup. In no way knocking it at all I have just never tried that. Do you run with anything in your bed?
+1 on tire pressure for sure. I did a bunch of tests varying the pressure by 2 lbs each time and finally settled on 38 psi as the sweet spot that I like. Absorbs a lot of the bounce

As a few have mentioned, tire pressure and tire choice can make a difference. I run 35-37 psi on a 37 inch tire for comfort (D load).
If tire pressure doesn't get you there, then something is up with the shocks.
