No offense at all! I fully agree with your perspective. I’ve hiked the wave numerous times with and without permits and have seen many people lost on the trails. Some of the times I’ve hiked in without a permit i have actually guided permitted hikers out.
Permit there doesn’t mean...
You drive to the Buckskin Gulch trailhead, then start walking along a wash across from the parking area...like you're hiking Buckskin. At some point along the wash you exit right, go up a hill, and that takes you (eventually) to the Wave. It's definitely a hike, and you can wander as much as you...
Although you do have to wonder if all those parts failed, the truck may not have been intended for that purpose. I sometimes think we expect more out of these things than they really can handle.
Isn't the obvious answer to take delivery of the TRX, drive them both for a few weeks, then decide which one to sell? Both should sell over what you paid, and I don't see that changing anytime soon. I don't see how you could go wrong here.
Sure…if you’re willing to wait several months for the TRX. Hop on over to the TRX forum and check out how long people are waiting to have their orders built, there’s a guy who is literally tracking every single forum member’s build time. Many of them ordered in June 2021. Lucky members are...
Loved the wheel - Rau wheels in LA made it. I did not opt to keep the heating function, which would only be retained on the non-carbon parts of the wheel. But the wheel was awesome, and the stripe was dead center.

That fund alone drives my car purchases, and has allowed me to make 4 vehicle purchases in the last year. Won't always...
Like you, I've had a number of BMWs in the last few years...a few M3/M4s, M5, and most recently X5M. Simply put, I will never buy another one. Aside from their designs going completely off the rails, their reliability is awful and dealer network support is laughable. "Lease machines" is exactly...
You could always disable the button in the remote - guessing that would be easier than trying to figure out how to disable the feature in the truck. Take the remote apart, cut the circuit that goes to the tailgate button.
The new F150 interior is amazing - I sat in one last weekend. Ford will leap ahead in that category soon.
The ram has a lot of great features, but to me it looks like a bunch of add-ons and afterthoughts - the main driver display literally has gauges upon gauges. Design-wise it’s confusing and...
Tennessee. Some of the lowest taxes of any state, no state income tax, you can own all the guns and whatever else you want, cops are actually reasonable, climate is excellent, it's within a day's drive of a majority of the US population (and lots of beaches), and the annual emissions inspection...
