I called customer service to get an update on my truck and it's still showing ETA of 3/20-3/26. I chatted with the rep for a while and he pulled F-150 notes all the way back to November of 23. He showed nothing in the system regarding a delay or hold. He did have hold notes for Lightnings but nothing for gas trucks. He also said he is 100% certain that he had given out 2024 F-150 shipping information last week to people who called and was certain they are starting to ship. He did not know what trim level they were, but said they are shipping. Take that with a grain of salt.

I may do the same and call today and see what I can get out of them. Is it just the normal customer service number? Also if they are "certain" they started to ship(in regards to raptors and nto normal f150) then we would know within a week or 2 as people would post them

I called 1-800-392-3673 and I forget what number you press but listen to the menu for "Orders." They'll ask for the last 8 of your VIN.

So mine went into Production 2/13 and says last update was on 2/14. Seems number of us stuck in Production status. Dealer told me it was built and sent off site on hold. I am wondering if lot of us will see status change on the tracker to Built on or shortly after 3/6? BTW I have elected not to bug dealer or Ford until sometime after 3/6....not like it is going to change anything if I did.
