Need bumper guidance

Just moved into new house. 18 Raptor fits in garage with one bumper resting against back wall and clears garage door flange by 1/4".

Would love to shave off 1-2" combined by replacing both bumpers. I welcome any and all suggestions.

Unless you go with frame cut bumpers most of the aftermarket bumpers will actually increase your overall length.

frame cut bumper in front will gain you 2 inches. with 2 inches reduced you will not have to touch the rear

If I'm shopping for a new garage, I'd make sure it had plenty of room and enough living room in the house...

Builder made garage about 3 inches shorter than plan...a complete bummer we didn't catch it sooner.

I just googled frame cut bumpers and think I have found what is available to me.

I recommend two King studs, a transom and remove the drywall so you have a 3' pocket for your bumper.
