If it’s the IWE not the turbo wastegate rattle then Ford has a TSB on that which can be replaced using powertrain warranty at no cost to you. Powertrain warranty might expire at 60k miles.

I have the same noise too. Another thread suggested it was loose break pads but I haven’t gotten around to checking those. I had the IWE TSB done a little over a month ago so it wasn’t anything related to that as clunking noise is still there.

Update** After, bringing it their attention it was covered under power train warranty. They just weren’t aware of it till I brought up and showed them what it should cover.

Premium esp but went with $200 deductible. TSB’s aren’t treated the same recalls and they have option to charge for TSB if out of basic 3yr/36 k warranty. Power train warranty has suspension w/front and rear components covered but not sure if this IWE TSB has loopholes for Ford.
