Has anyone tried these?

Ford Raptor 24 PC Black Spline Lug Nuts 14x2 0 w 2 Keys F 150 6 x 135 Trucks | eBay

I know they are cheap and that might scare some. I got the SDHQ ones and haven't had any issues at all, but have to say they feel cheap and plasticy. So I was figuring that these probably are very similar. Anyone had experience with these cheap one's or have any insight why or why not to get them? ...other than the obvious reason that you wouldn't want to roll the dice and put a cheap product on your truck...

I noticed they said to torque to 80lbs. Is that the same torque for Gorilla lug nuts or are they at 150lbs like it is for stock ones?

Interesting they said to use thread locker too (for safety)....

@RDFTS I definetly in no way am endorsing or promoting these things. I don't know anything about them either. I personally am a little hesitant to put cheap lugs on my truck. The wheels not falling off is kinda an important detail! I was just seeing if anyone had boughten something similar or had any insight into these. Buy at your own risk. I have no idea if they are worth a shit...

I read some pretty ****** reviews on those so I changed my mind. I already had an exhaust fall off I sure as hell don't need my wheels doing the same thing. :ROFLJest: Plus Rookie got back to me last night and I'm going with them.

Ok so I was wondering where to get new TPMS sensor at the best price because there is no ******* way I am paying $90 each from the dealership. Especially since I need 8 of them. I stoped there today and when the guy behind the parts desk told me how much they wanted for them I asked him if they were smoking crack. His response was "well since you are buying 8 I can knock off 10%"
Ya ok :flipthebird:

Ever find a cheaper place for them?

I found some on Amazon or eBay (I can't remember off the top of my head) that "claimed" to be OEM ford. They had ford printed on them and looked legit. They were I think $42 for a set of 4. Put them in the wheels expecting the worst...BUT they all actually worked! Can't speak to the longevity of the them because I ended up selling the wheels and tires as a combo with the TMPS sensors in them, just a short time after putting them in.

Others will say don't get the cheapo's, my my experience with them were actually good! Might be worth a shot...

Will the stock lugnuts work with the Method wheels. I just had my tires mounted on the wheels and I want to put them on the truck. I Have a new set coming from Freedom Motorsports but the wait is killing me since I'm impatient and have been looking at the tires sitting in my garage for over a week. Lol.
