So, what is the fast speed you've done in your Raptor?

120 on pavement
70ish off-road

So you did 135 MPH on the autoban and 120 MPH in the US.

What tires are you running?

Took mine up to the limiter a few times, which was fast enough with my old stock BFG's tires - could not imagine going 135 MPH with any all terrain tires. But maybe I am taking the speed ratings too seriously. Not past 90 MPH with my new Duratracs.

I cruise at 80-90 on a regular basis, traffic conditions permitting. More twords 90 MPH for extended periods. Lots of fun to accelerate from 75MPH to 100 MPH on the highway.

Only 60 MPH on dirt so far.

84 off-road so far. Still can't believe how smooth it rides at speed!!
On-road...does it really matter? lol

Both you, RDFTS and Soldier 64 seem to feel that exceeding the speed ratings on your tires by a wide margin is OK. Don't want to derail this thread, but it reading the whole thing, I get the sense that most of the thread posters are not concerned about exceeding the speed ratings on their tires. Which I think is probably OK for a short time period - getting up to max speed and then backing down.

My Duratracs are Q rated, or 99 MPH. I don't want to derail this thread into a discussion (or others educating me on speed ratings) about speed ratings - I do know there are other threads that discuss this in length.

I will leave my limiter on but hope to increase my max offroad speed sometime soon.

I have 3 life insurance policies plus ADD riders. I am covered.

Research some time how those ratings are done. Its not what you think.

Also on the 2014 the speed limiter was increase to 110, I believe
