Nice levo.
Tailgate pad works fine despite wide tailgate top.
Single bike just gets tossed in the bed.

I like this one.
The ride88 racks are a great option I also looked into. Problem is I have a trifold tonneau cover. To avoid having to remove that every time I travel with the bike, I’d rather just remove the front wheel with the freedom coast option.

Kit should be here next week so I’ll give some updates once I install and review :). This option allows me to keep the cover on ( folded to the rear).

Just got my Gen 3 and it's been cold here so likely no biking until spring, but here is what I made for my Gen 2. Ratcheting pole with fork mounts attached. Bonus I can use the ratching pole as it was intended when not used for bikes. You can shut the tailgate but not with the tri-fold cover on, as pictured.

I saw a vid of a guy loading 2 dirtbikes into a short bed and wanted to have the tailgate closed when driving so he could carry whatever else in the bed. His solution was to pick up the back tires, set it on the top of the bed side, close the tailgate then set the back tires on top of the tailgate.

Not sure if that is already common knowledge, I don't pay much attention to mountain bikes, but I don't remember seeing anyone do it with dirtbikes. If I didn't have a small trailer, I would probably do it.

Are you describing what @wheelman55 posted in post #9?
