Imitation is this best form of flattery.. Ford nailed it with the Raptor, so other manufactures are trying to ride the wave of the Raptor popularity (dodge, toyota, etc)..

Let them imitate the Raptor, when it comes down to it there is only one Raptor, everything else is just wannabes!

No we don't. We have the same 9.75 rear end Ford has been using for years. I had the same rear end in my Lightning and my parents' EB F-150 has it also. The bigger trucks get a 10.25 rear end.

yes we do, I said axles not axle housings or diffs. we have 34 spline rear axles and 31 spline front axles. your parent's EB f150 has 28 spline fronts and 31 spline rears...

I'm not saying this is true. But in my opinion Ford raised the bar so high that Dodge base to do something extreme to even say they can play with Ford. They had to do something that would keep their name out there. Even if its not street legal most people will only see that Mopar has some thing out there. For me Ford Is always going to be ahead of the. Urge and everyone else will play catch up. Ford built our trucks from the ground up, not the parts bin. Just think if other trucks need the go fast parts bin to hang with a stock truck just wait till Ford opens up its go fast goodies.

My $1/50: Ford gambled large and built an street worthy, off-road/race, production truck and hit the jackpot. I can't see any other manufacturer taking the same risk and landing the same result.

There are 2 of these trucks at the stealership by my house in olathe. Been there for 6 months can't sell them. And the stealership installs these kits. A bunch of guys who don't know what these trucks even are. I made the apple to oranges post on RDC months ago when they were talking about RR vs Raptor battle, and said a.better comparison would be xt vs RR.

It's really not a bad idea, the ram runner kit is a great idea. If the raptor hadn't come along there would still be kits to LT a regular F150, would you guys call that stupid as well?
