You are making your own point. You are willing to pay $10K over, why sell to you? They can sit on it for a month and some sucker will come along and give them $20K over. They are in no hurry to sell it. That dealership is notorious for this BS.

If you're willing to pay $10K over ANY dealer would probably take that. Just start calling around. I think that's crazy, but it's your money so spend it as you wish. I know this will SHOCK you, but if you actually put some work into it, I bet you find one MSRP.

UGH! I cannot stand Grapevine Ford. I wouldn't even send people that I don't like over there...

Just go over to Westway - they have 3 in stock (800A). They only want $20k over!!

There’s a few dealers that have pulled the $5,000 - $30,000 ADM on the TRX. Right now if you’re willing to wait, there’s multiple dealers on the TRX forum ordering for $5,000 or more off sticker. I personally hope every TRX or Raptor listed with any kind of ADM dies a slow and painful rusted death while sitting on the showroom floor.
TRX ADMs were stupid when they first hit the market. I order a 2022 this week for $6,500 below MSRP from a dealer in Iowa. Canceled my unscheduled Raptor ordered at MSRP.

I also called them about that truck and laughed when they said that! That place is a joke, especially the service department.

That’s just it, some don’t want to put in the work, be willing to drive 5-6 hours away, or perhaps fly out to grab one at MSRP. Again, for those folks, I’ll do the leg work, find you one @ MSRP, & you pay me half of what you were freely going to pay as dealer ADM. We both win! I’m just laying on my lazy *** watching college football right now. As your agent, I’ll work the phones diligently! I don’t get paid until you sign the contract. What say you?

They had a fully loaded 35 inch white raptor that just hit the ground and I tried to work a deal with them to no luck. These guys want $35k ADM and were spouting off how that's the market. I offered them $10k over (MORE THAN FAIR) plus I'm a squeaky clean deal (solid credit and had title in hand on trade-in). These jokers literally wouldn't budge off of their $35k ADM and let me walk out the door ready and willing to do a deal. Insane. Won't be buying from them ever as squeezing every nickel out of their customers is all they're focused on doing.
It's not insane at all on their part. because they know some ******* with more money than brains will take it.

Don't pat yourself on the back, you offered 10k over msrp. You are part of the problem

I fully agree paying ADMs is a bad move for the consumer, but everyone needs to keep in mind the absolute a$$ kicking dealerships have faced over the past year or more. With the supply chain issues, and increased demand in the market, they literally can't get enough cars to sell these days. If you haven't noticed, dealership lots are nearly empty compared to where they were pre-Covid. Dealers are paying over sticker for used vehicles on trade-ins because consumers are willing to buy them from dealers at those higher prices. Supply and demand. It's pretty simple. Don't hate the dealer for trying to maximize their profit. They are a business, not a charity. If the market lets them get away with a 35K ADM then get mad at the people willing to buy at that price not the dealer that is running a business.
You care about the *** kicking the dealers have faced?

You are a fool to care about them when they will take advantage of you with no hesitation.

**** dealers. I hope they all go out of business and the direct from manufacturer model is everywhere

One can find a dealer that will order you a trx for 5k off msrp or more.
not surprising since it's been out a year. the raptor is brand new.

That new car sheen will soon wear off, and the same type of deals will be had for the 22 raptor
