Yeah I have that also, but that wouldn't get you fullscreen carplay since it runs through the Sync interface which is halfscreen only. It looks like he has an android app running on the tablet that gets you fullscreen carplay.

Gotcha. I don't have an iphone and haven't received my phoenix yet so no idea how he's doing it. lol

I bought a USB adapter that lets you use CarPlay with an app. It works great and much nicer picture than the sync interface. And full screen!

Thanks Jonnie! Are you having respring loop issues with the new jailbrake and carbridge? It seems like the cephei dependency is causing a respring loop when you have reload system daemons turned on. I was waiting for a carbridge update to fix that hopefully.

What apk do you use that works with that dongle?

I am on IOS 12.1.2 and carbridge 1.0.4 and no boot loop errors.

The apk is AutoKit. The link is in the details on amazon.

This setup is a great option for people who doesn’t have a WiFi hotspot or phone tethering.

What is that first APK, the SKU... one? Do you need to install that as well or just the autokit?

I am on an iPhone 7. I can’t jailbreak my work iphone.

The only one I installed was the autokit. I didn’t install the first one.

These guys are all goofed.

Someone replied to my WhatsApp like they had no idea...
When I only was having long, lengthy conversations with them a week ago.

Expect no support. It’s a shame. Great concept. I enjoy my unit... but the whole experience is lackluster. Started off strong. Couldn’t follow thru.
