WTB: rear oem blocks/u bolts etc

when i bought my truck the previous owner had put leveling blocks on the rear to level it out. he got rid of the oem blocks and hardware and i am now trying to track down the OEM rear blocks, u bolts, nuts etc. please let me know what you have!
