a nice, well kept Gen 1 is still the grand daddy and I love them. Never owned one. Never will. I like new shiny stuff.

I am happy Ford didn’t mid cycle refresh the gen 2 to the front end look of the later 18-20 years of that gen F150.

Gen 2 all the way, even if some Clever people think it looks cartoonish, cartoonish like Jessica Rabbit I say. I have a Gen 2 and a Gen 3, it’s not looking like an R is gonna be happening, if a suitable Gen 1 in Terrain, Silver or White happens to pop up, I’d probably go for it though.
