-Column shifter
-More usable console space
-Driver's side grab handle
-Heated steering wheel
-Front camera functionality outside of ORM
-37" BFGs from the factory
-At least a 110 mph speed limiter (I understand the 2014s got this, how about an update for the older models?)
-Cabin air filter
-Drain plugs on the differentials
-Better 4WD system (or at least better vacuum lines)
-A dealer installed Whipple option that would let us keep the drivetrain warranty (if Toyota can do it...)

It's a great truck as is but the above items would make it even better.

1. on-board air compressor with the ability to electronically select a tire pressure from inside the cab.

2. Off-road navigation with topo maps and the ability to upload .gpx files.

3. Sway bar disconnect

4. 37" tires with 4.56 axle ratio

5. E-locker for the front differential

6. Is it too much to ask for a jack that isn't useless off-road? Maybe better recovery gear storage locations on the scab.

7. Pre-wired with dedicated space claim for a radio (communications not music)

8. A tiregate from the factory.

9. Some type of roll cage

10. Harnesses or at least mounts for harnesses

My hot list:
1) Drivers Side Grab Handle. Im in and out of my truck all day and itd be easier to swing in and out with a handle. Grabbing the steering wheel doesnt feel right and is more difficult.
2) Cabin Air Filter. On dusty construction sites all day as well... constantly having to dust the inside of my truck.
3) Actual individual tire pressure in display. If youre gonna have TPMS... might as well have it be useful.
4) Few more storage spots. Know how theres that little netted pocket on the passenger side of the center consol? Itd be amazing to have one on the drivers side as well.
5) a rear window that either completely rolls down or a large middle section in the middle that rolls down. Like the Titan.
6) 37" tires from the factory with 4.56 gearing
7) Option to have a factory super charger
8) Frame rails that connect to the front bumper further back... so no more frame cutting for aftermarket bumpers.
9) lift assist on the tailgate. I mean seriously Ford... come the hell on.
10) Uplifter switches wired already THROUGH the firewall. (*****)
11) Have an ability to turn the traction control off permanently in the settings. Im tired of pressing the damn button every time I get in the truck.
12) A STEREO THAT DOESN'T FAWKING SUCK!!!! It seriously doesnt cost them a DAMN thing to put some decent speakers in.


Most of those seem like pretty easy to do items and with exception of the 37's and the super charger... pretty minimal costs.
