It's worth exactly what a ready willing and able buyer is willing to pay. If you get 37k on trade then anything over 38k would be the number.

Ive Had an offer of 40k already but I'm in no hurry to sell unless I get something I cant resist

If it's any help I picked up a very clean, loaded California 2013 Scab with just 10k miles on it this time last year for $42k - so I would think $40k-$43k is about right
