So vibration is really noticeable at 55 to 80 MPH. I’m having a road force balance done and hopefully an alignment. My steering wheel shymeis left to right and faster as you speed up. I did notice less vibration after filling my tank today. I work at a Ford Toyota dealership and love the Raptor but this vibration is souring it a little lol! I also have tranny whine and the engine sounds clunky on start ups for the 1st 30 seconds or so.

Anyones turn signal lever start making a high pitch noise because of the vibration? Only happens between 75-80 when the vibration is at its worst.

Ok so problem solved:) I work at the dealership as the FI Director so I went right to my service Manager and he had our top tech work on it. It ended up being tire balance even though they where already balanced once and radial force balanced once! He ended doing a 2nd radial force balance and spending a good amount of time on the balance by breaking down down the tires and rotating them until he got all 4 tires under 10 lbs of max force. The difference is night and day! Two of the tires and wheels where at in the high 30lbs when he 1st checked them. I now totally love this truck. On a side note, I fo have s small leak in a radiator hose, so we are replacing that Monday. Hopefully that ends my aggravation with the truck lol.
