So, we have two 15 amp, two 10 amp, and two 5 amp switch circuits. Aux 1-4 are the 15 and 10 amp and share the same wire size (20ga?). Aux 5-6 are only 5 amp and have a smaller wire (24ga?)

Is there any hardware differences between 1-2 and 3-4 that would cause issues by dropping a 15a fuse into the Aux 3 circuit?

(I am trying to cheat and install a pair of BD XL80s on Aux 3, and according to Baja Designs, they should pull 11.58 amps. And I already have Aux1 and Aux 2 being used by higher amperage lights.)

Thanks!

Like SilverBolt said, use a relay and inline fuse for your lights and run what ever gauge wire you want and just use the upfitter switch wire to trigger your relay on and off.
