I have tried to do my fenders twice. For some reason maybe because its cold out it ends up looking like shit. Its weird becuase the rear bumper looks awesome. I just don't get it.

Temp plays a huge factor with plastidip.. Need to be between 70 degrees and mid 80 degrees.. At either extreme the plastidip will not self level out smooth. Too hot and it does not blend well and you can see spray lines (dries too fast). Too cold leaves a rough almost linex/orange peel look.. It is an artfoam laying just enough light coats without spraying too heavy (lumpy) coat. Having patience..

Thats exactly what happens, it looks like Seal's face.

I guess i'll have to wait until the spring time. I highly doubt its going to get above 60 the rest of the year here.

I'll try again in 2013
