I wanted something closer to original but bolder. So here is what I've put together so far. Need to make a resistor pack to tone down the marker lights so they don't wash out the brake light. Might also add a pair of amber light to the center of the clear lights to use for turn/flasher. Depends on how ambitious I end up getting. I'm trying to use threaded eagle eye LEDs to bolt down the KC cyclone light rings for a combo effect. Major problem is the outer red LEDs end up right over the original mounting bolts so I had to build a mounting plate to bolt to the truck with secondary bolts to mount the lighting face plate. No drilling extra holes. Now the task is to make some plug adapters so I won't need to cut the factory harness.
