Sync 3 problems?

I have 2020 scab performance blue with about 1200 miles on it.
Today as I was driving all of a sudden my computer screen wouldn't react when I tried to use touch screen controls.
None of the hand controls worked either. I couldn't turn the radio power off or adjust volume.
When I shut the engine down and got out of truck and locked it and looked in I could see that the screen was still faintly lit. Nothing seemed to work properly including cameras.
I disconnected the positive terminal on battery when I reconnected it everything went back to normal.
Has anyone else had this problem?

There are only a few factors that can cause Sync to lock up/crash; those include the device paired to the system (Bluetooth or USB), the APIM (Sync module), or a software issue.

Since you have a 2020, your software is most likely up to date; I believe the latest release is 3.4. Devices are the most common cause of Sync issues; what was connected/paired to the system when the issue happened?

That makes a lot of sense to me.
I had just purchased a phone holder (for the AC vent) that also was a charger.
It was the first time I had used it.
Since then I disconnected it and no problems.
