Startup Error

Last week I experienced a problem with my 2013 Raptor. When I tried to turn the truck on it gave me a "Startup Error" in the center panel and the truck would not start.

The dealership stated it was a problem with the computer recognizing the keys and had to install a new chip and reprogram the computer. Now the computer sees the keys but the keys cannot be programed.

Has anyone experienced this problem or heard of anyone with this problem?

Apparently, my Raptor is the only one with this problem. The dealership said they contacted Ford Engineering yesterday and they never heard of this problem. Right now my poor truck is torn apart as they are guessing at different components...
