I think your going to find that the truck has a lot of misaligned body parts, paint flaws etc.. Go take a picture of your front bumper and compare left side to right height. Most are not level

Any damage is unacceptable in my book. I know accidents happen but depending on the damage, I wouldn’t accept it unless I trust the dealership and they guarantee it in writing that it would be repaired/replaced to MY liking. The dealership I bought my 23 Raptor and 22 Mach 1 from are outstanding and I trust them. The one I get my oil changed from? No way. They’re the typical ones that will charge 40k over msrp on an R. Screw them and that.

My bumper looks exactly like yours. I've see others like it too...Seems more of a casting mold issue.
