I have to give Ryan a big POSITIVE for how he handled my order. I was shipped the incorrect part and I was pretty mad about the thought of having to deal with shipping back a 50 pound package. Ryan responded to my email in a quick and courteous manner. He apologized for the mix up and reassured me that he would ship out the correct part. He also offered me a heavily discounted price on the incorrect part I already had in hand. I'm sure this was advantageous to the both of us, I got a great price and didn't have deal with return shipping, and SDHQ didn't have to pay for return shipping and made a customer happy.
