Running board lights wiring support

Hey all - I have a 2023 Raptor and bought the running board lights from F150 LED. Is there a way to power these without splicing into the wiring harness on the driver side rear door? Would like to have turn on with "welcome lights", trying to see if can use a connector of some sorts vs splicing into super thin wires. Thanks.
