I think I'm going to keep mine as a back up set and probably play with modding them on my own sometime down the road.

As for price.. I had him pick up a new set as well since I don't have a truck to take the lights off at the moment.. lol

My price was a little over 1K but I have him playing around and working on some cool design ideas.

As for the wait time.. yea it's a while for sure. I'm not overly happy about that but at least some of that time will be eaten up by time I am without my truck anyway.

I found these pics on Sick HID's FB page this morning. I loved the vid of the "Evil Eyes" set but after seeing them on this Raptor, I'm not so sure.

Also, I'm not a fan of the BLUE tint to the lighting. I would definitely prefer a bright white instead.

If you don't like the blue, get another color temp. Those look to be about 8000K. If you want white with just a touch of blue try 6000K and if you want pure white get 5000K.

Maybe this will help.

I had 6000k and I had to switch to 5000k. The slight blue tint was ******** me up.
Seemed like my eyes couldn't focus right.
