Rappy Graphics... Best in the biz

Received ford applique stickers, attempted to install myself, didn't have the little squeegee so I used a credit card. Well, on the F I caught an edge and dug into the sticker. I sent a note to Rappy stating what I did and was unhappy about the squeegee not being supplied. Would you believe that they are sending me a new F. Now that is customer service for something I screwed up! Buy from them.
