Pricing advice?

Hey guys, might try to make something happen on this truck. Any advice where I should be at price wise on it? I'm thinking somewhere around $54k would be a good deal? maybe a little lower?

As for the Roush...54-55 is a decent deal, i wouldn't personally pay any more.
