I have a 2018 ford raptor (not the recaro seats) … came here looking to learn about the same issue !!!(my back kills me after driving just a few minutes (not sure if it’s now psychological) last week I had to jump onto the back seat to care for my newborn..and after a few minutes my back felt better..Am I the only Wussy or does anybody else have issues adjusting drivers seat to keep from seeing a chiropractor on a regular basis for back pain. I have never had issues with any other truck or car for that matter but what a bummer. Have a new 2019 Raptor with 802a package and the price was painful enough. I'd probably be in the hospital if I had the nuts to go off road. Any advise. Please keep smart as@ comments to a limit but I encourage a few.
Don’t give up. My back is a mess and sitting is uncomfortable, period. Some seats are less uncomfortable than others. What helps me is exercise, sitting as little as possible, and choosing seats wisely. My number one criteria for a vehicle is seats that are both very adjustable and also fit my particular shape. Being able to change seat position on long trips helps. If that doesn’t do the trick, go for external adjustments. Wedges, rolled towels, inflatable cushions, pillows, props. I have a whole bag full. Don’t much need them in my truck, though, it fits me as well as any I have ever sat in. I can drive a full day so long as I take my vitamin I.There’s nothing we can do ! Just good to know someone else feels the same way about them …

I would advise you to start doing some exercises, but it will not be enough. First, you must solve the problem with your seat. To reduce the pain, you can start doing yoga.
