Core Trax. I like it, the one you see there was just installed so I haven't tested it yet. I have a few smaller ones on the bedsides.

I've been thru hell and back with my Viair system, and I think what I've ended up with makes it all worth it. Check it out.

That's a Viair 450c that originally had a tank connected, but that I dumped given the space (lack there of for it) afforded in this new location. I've used this system a few times now and don't miss the tank at all.

BigJ, I have been thinkiing about acquiring the 450C as well. Are you happy with it? And is there anything particular I should know about this unit?

Here is my setup. In the second pic you see the green valve with the barb fitting, that is for the chuck that's going in the bed. I need to get the wires put into a loom but ran out of time, try and get the loom on next weekend.

Yeah, my winch sits there. I tried installing the Warn powerplant so I could have air and winch in one, but it just wouldnt fit.

Did you use selftapping screw/bolts to mount the platform to the frame? Definitely a nice set up.

Thanks Blind1!

Yeah, I used selftapping bolts to hold the angle brackets to the frame rails

Nice setup, but I hope you never hit anything or anyone head on …

Hard enough impact with 120psi in the tank would pretty much remove the front of the truck :Grenade:
I'm just going to have to make it a point to empty the tank when I'm done using it.
